Master’s degree preferred, with the undergraduate, postgraduate and Master’s qualifications all in the same field.
Experience in higher education, academic development, educational technology, or blended learning.
Strong understanding of LMS platforms and the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning.
Experience in training and supporting lecturers and students in the use of educational technology.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyse LMS data, identify development needs, and implement appropriate training and support.
A commitment to ongoing professional development, research, and scholarship.
